ERP project is a complex engineering with high risk and large investment .The enterprise not only need to invest a large amount of expense to purchase software and hardware, but also need to pay for tremendous fee for training and consulting. Once the enterprise enters the ERP implementation phase systematically, its project cost always loses control, which result in the project failure easily. In this thesis, according to the requirement put forward by the cost estimation in the ERP implementation, ERP implementation cost estimation models are established respectively according to the cost construction through the analysis of the ERP implementation cost construction project. The aim is to provide the analysis basis for the strategy propose of the ERP implementation.First, the research surroundings of the thesis is introduced, the problems and difficulties in the ERP implementation cost estimation are discussed and the research content and construction frame is proposed.Second, cost estimation concept and its development are reviewed, especially the project cost estimation and the IT project cost estimation theory and means are introduced to give theory basis for the cost estimation and model establishment of the ERP project.Third, constructive project of the ERP implementation cost is established. Through the analysis of ERP implementation cost combined with the project cost management research achievement. On the basis of this, the constructive and the cost drives of each cost project are analyzed and the environment facility cost .The estimation models of cost, human resource cost are established respectively. And the last, ERP implementation cost estimation model is proposed the application of the ERP system concrete case of B&K Group. The application results the effectiveness of this model.
