Operation Restructure And Development Strategies Research In ICBC GanSu Branch

Construction adjustment means significant adjustment and change of the business, products, and revenue construction made by commercial bank according to the changing environment of competition, custom and technology. Therefore during the procedure of construction adjustment, the differences of form, intension and state between the bank itself and the environment, which emerge with changing time, will influence the existence and sustainable development of commercial bank.Since 1984, the year the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Gansu Branch founded, it has transited gradually from a State-owned specialized bank to a modern commercial bank. Especially, the ratification of government on April 18^th, 2005 to the shareholding reform program accelerated the bank's reform of modernization. Although for many years the ICBC has being endeavored to adjust the operation construction, there are still some problems in the current operation construction according to the operation standard of modern commercial bank. After the statement of the ICBC Gansu Branch's current operation construction status and the analysis of the existing problems of the operation, this paper studies the necessary, feasibility of operation construction adjustment and the adjustment direction, and it puts forward relevant suggestions of adjustment.
