Employees' career management has become an important part and new development direction of human resource management under the background of the overall development of human beings. In knowledge oriented economic times, competition between enterprises is the competition between talent employees in the final analysis. Therefore, how to attract, motivate and retain these talent employees has become not only a theoretical issue for researchers in present academic field but also a realistic problem to our enterprises. So it is a brand new and imminent subject and task for enterprises to know reasons that lead to employees' turnover and processes of employees' turnover in order to retain key employees and establish human resource policies. However, on the point of view of our employees, whether to take initiative turnover or not is a unavoidable part in their career planning process. Although their turnover is affected by various factors, their turnover intention has been proved to a meaningful source for employee turnover. This thesis makes a tentative analysis on the influential factors to employees' turnover intention in private operatedenterprises guided by a specific research angle-------professional career management idea.Turnover intention is a kind of idea or desire that pushes employees to leave their organizations. Guided by the idea of professional career management, this thesis makes an analysis from theoretical and demonstrative aspects on such factors as employees' feelings of job justification, job satisfaction, sensed promotion opportunities and labor supply situation outside the organization. The followings are the main conclusions of this research:1. There is no obvious difference between male employees and female employees on job justification feelings.2. Those unmarried employees have much higher turnover intention than married ones.
