| Taxi business is a mirror of one city's civilization degree and a symbol of one city's modernization construction. Many problems that have limited the developing of Tianjin taxi business have engendered in the process of developing. Aiming at higher vacancy rate, slower pace of Tianjin taxi business, this paper analyzes the existing operation mode of Tianjin taxi business, summarizes the reasons, and puts forward according strategies. Detailed contents as following:At first, this paper analyzes supply and demand rule of service product of taxi business using supply and demand theory in economics and calculates vacancy rate and retainable amount applying the relevant knowledge of applied statistics and marketing based on actual survey. This paper also uses the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to dissect the status quo of Tianjin taxi business such as establishment, service quality, policy, and price.Then, it analyzes the problems of existing operation mode of Tianjin taxi business, and finds the bottleneck that hinders the taxi business from developing.Moreover, it expounds the advanced management experiences in taxi business of some cities at home and abroad.Finally, this paper puts forward strategies to improve the existing operation mode of Tianjin taxi business, studied on three operation modes of the joint stock system and the joint stock cooperative system, and provides some references to actual working. |
