The Post-estimation For Reform Of Filament Spinning Technic In Jilin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd

The project post-estimation are developing later in our country. It has been the developing state in the construction engineering project , and relevant theories and methods are not very elaborate, the uniform system of post-estimation are not set up yet. By economy situation today, it is a solution which improves and perfect means for the system of the constructional investment project post-estimation.In this paper, we introduce the concepts purposes and methods of the post-estimation. By using these methods, We post-estimat for reform of filament spinning technic in Jilin Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.The reform of filament spinning technic has been worked out FS in Nov.,2002 and at first four new machines has been run in Dec.,2004.The new production amount is 240 tons from Jun. to Oct. in 2004(total 20 machines).In Oct. and Nov., the production amount is 192 tons (total 40 machines).All of production amount is 1168 tons in 2005. Up to 2006 Nov., the production amount add up 2691.1 tons. The rate of quality goods is 97%, the rate of A grade is 89%. The average production amount is 3.2 tons everyday. Up to know, all of machine are still working. So according this actual running status, using the theoretical system and ways of the post-estimation. We post-estimate for this project. By the Post-estimation for the project, we found actual running is compared with A g, it has a deviation and existing problem. We analysis this reason and take a propose and solution which prove the scientific basis for decider.In the project post-estimation, We firstly introduce the survey of this project and the main data and conclusion of the A g. With actual recovery ,by comparison, we found it is wrong in A g. So it has big deviate between planning amount and actual amount.By the analysis for the financial statement, environment, and social benefit, we think it is still feasible to run the project. By the analysis for the actual conditions, the production amount of the rate of A grade in fact per year is adjusted as bellow:We again analysis the economy for this project based on the above plan. The main economy index as bellow: FNPV(ic=10%) 30.1104 million tons FIRR 31.00% Pt(Reclaim period) 2.01 years ? auxiliary index Investment profit rate 59.52% According the data, this project is feasible on economy.
