Then on the basis of investigating the target market of Hangzhou Tour-agriculture and individual park, the paper raises the existing problems of Hangzhou Tour-agriculture. Combining the analysis of the survey results, it gives proposals to the development of Hangzhou tour-agriculture. Then , based on the investigation and the development planning of Hangzhou city,it raises the regional layout plans of the agricultural economy functional space.
