| The paper based on best practices of Tianjin electric power on ITSM project, and there are deeper analysis to facing problem of electric power enterprise on IT service management, through researching more electric power corporations. Then combining these problems into relative ITSM theories, concluded a solution-ITMCS. The solution will be help electric power enterprise build up a platform of IT management and control, which can meet the increasing requirement from inside and outside, and help promote business development of power enterprise. Final describing the ROI(returns of investment) on implement ITSM and ITMCS project. I hope this paper is useful to the IT development of power enterprise, especially when the decision level of electric power make business strategy and plan. |
