Study On Bidding And Trading Model Of Electricity Enterprises In The Transition Time

Since 2002,our country proposed the target to establish competitive electricity market. Until now, the electricity markets have been formed initially with different bidding mechanism in many regions. Because our country's electric industry owns its particularity and the electric price evolves the complexity in the process of reform, it has been doomed that the reform of electric price's bidding mechanism have to be considered fully under the condition that historical factor must be treated steadily. According to the problems discussed above, this article analyzes the electric price's development and electricity market's reform on different regions experiment work, and considers the questions which must be resolved in the market transition at special time. At last a new bidding and trading pattern for power plants has been propelled. This pattern has introduced a new calculating method of two- part electric price and electricity market operating structure, which can solve the electric power industry some questions left by history effectively. It also provides a unified competitive platform for all power plants with different technical type and age. This article also provides some necessary policy suggests for this pattern in the end.
