| With the development of the information technology and economic globalization, the changes about the outer environment of the enterprises become more often and more intense. Since heterogeneities and disproportions exists between the resources of companies, and the deployments of these resources varying, different organizations have different advantages. Strategic Alliance is one kind of cooperation-competition forms, which is on the foundation of optimizing the deployments of the resources. And by this form, the leaguers can collect the firm-special resources of other enterprises and use them, in order to enhance the individual preferment. However, the miss ratio of the strategic alliance is very high. Though there are many reasons, the control about the fluidity of resources between the enterprises is a vital one.The resources, which can be supplied by the individual companies for the alliance, can be the assets, processes and skills, or the organizational resources. And the item which contributes most to the alliance is the major resource of the company supplying. The fluidity modes of different resources are various. The firm-special resource is"one resource accumulated in the organization", which is accumulated in"path dependent". The major attribution of it is the uniqueness and the inimitability. How to protect the resource of the individual companies, especially the"firm-special"resource is the question need to be explored, when improving the performance of the alliance.This project was analyzed with method of comparative analysis, inductive method, article method and cases method. This paper described and analyzed the resources in the alliance; dissertated the fluidity under the relationship risk and the operation risk, and analyzed the in fluencies to the leaguer companies; and suggested on how to control the resources effectively combined with the cases, so that the strategic alliance can service the sustained competitive advantage of the company. |
