China's FDI Macroscopic Management Policy Research

Under the economic globalization, along with the fast development of China's FDI, Chinese government's FDI macroscopic management system of policies has been set up basically and China has accumulated a bit rich management experience. But meanwhile we should see there are various obstacles in China's FDI development. However, much improvement is also needed in the relevant macroscopic management policies. All these problems have become the bottle-neck of Chinese FDI's persistent and stable development. Thus how to start from China's reality, learning from other countries, and to establish effective; perfect; well-oriented macroscopic management policies becomes the problem which needs to be settled by Chinese government as soon as possible.Now because of the late starting and the lack of relevant administration experiences, compared with the developed countries'mature FDI macroscopic manag- ement policies, China is at the junior level; there are many problems in its FDI macroscopic management policies. Such problems slow Chinese enterprises'"Going Out"pace down seriously and restrict the process of China's FDI development. Through analyzing FDI theories deeply, this paper illustrates the current situation of China's FDI and learns from other countries'advanced experience so as to provide the effective advices for China's FDI macroscopic management policies.At first, this paper adopts the research methods of theory and demonstration analysis. On one hand, based on the theories, this paper gives the detailed list of the theories which can guide FDI macroscopic management policies'establishment. On the other hand, referring to lots of literature, information, periodicals and digests, this paper demonstrates the relevant theories with abundant demonstration data. Besides, this paper adopts the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. On one hand, through collecting a lot of latest data, this paper reflects China's current FDI current development situation objectively. On the other hand, this paper analyses China'scurrent FDI macroscopic management policies and its effect. Finally, this paper adopts the comparison research method. Through comparing several developed and emerging industrial countries'advanced FDI management experiences, this paper provides references for China's FDI macroscopic management policies establishment.
