Through building and developing of more than 20 years after reformation and opening,China real estate market has been developing rapidly. However,under the present condition of china socialist market economy,real estate economy theory research is obviously lagging and insufficient so that it can not provide sufficient scientific basis for gowernment, development corporation and consumer with real estate industry and real estate practice developing. In present,under the Chinese system of ownership structure and real estate market development present situation, China real estate market is divided into land sells market, real estate increase market and real estate storage quantity market. In movement process of real estate market,each market don't movement isolated.There are connection and interaction between real estate market. Probing into the relations and interactions of real estate market,we can clear the internal movement law of real estate market.This article will probe into the relations and interactions of China land sells market, real estate increase market and real estate storage quantity market in price and quantity base on the law of real estate market supply and demand,to reveal the internal movement law of real estate market.Main studying content is as follows:(1) Analysising current china real estate market movement structure and features,and defined their concept and research scope.(2) Researching the relation of land price and increase real estate price,land supplies quantity and real estate increase quantity. Probing into the connection interaction of land sells market and real estate increase market by applying for analytic approach of four quadrants model,and analyzing change of this interaction relations as land supply price elasticity, plot ratio and tax ratio changing.(3) Researching the relation of increase real estate price and storage quantity real estate price,and discussing the relations of real estate increase and storage quantity.Probing into the connection interaction of real estate increase market and real estate storage quantity market by applying for analytic approach of four quadrants model,and analyzing this interaction relations changing as storage quantity demand going up,increase storage quantity price ratio declining and replacement cost ascending.(4) Analyzing real estate market connection and interaction relations and correction external agency factors as a whole by integrating the connection interactionresearch of land sells market and real estate increase market with that of real estateincrease market and real estate storage quantity market.(5) Application thinking and enlightenment that we can require from the studying ofreal estate market connection and interaction.
