| Progress in science and technology is an important factor in economic growth, has been confirmed for the development of history. Similarly to the enterprises, the results of the technology transaction play an important role in economic growth. From 1990, the contract annual turnover of Beijing's technology market growths at a high speed of over 10% per annum. Although the transaction volume of Beijing technology market growths at a very high speed, how much do these trading contribute to the economic is a problem need to solve. Therefore, in the rapid development of the technology market circumstances, this paper attempts to establish a scientific approach to measure the transformation efficiency of technology market products.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the method of calculate the contribution rate of technology progress and the Cobb-Douglas model are both used to construct a new method to measure the contribution rate of trading technology. The method of calculating the contribution rate of technological progress is an economic use of mathematical methods and systems engineering principles. This method separating the role of technology progress and quantify the valuation, to assess the role of science and technology progress in economic growth. The method of technology progress contribution rate is a concept relatively macroeconomic. Some scholars believe that it include scientific organization and management, economic scale and the improvement of resources allocation. And the focus of this paper is especially on how many these technologies contribute to the output of the purchaser. This paper attempts to find a suitable method for its evaluation.In this paper, Cobb-Douglas model has been changed, and technical input can be separated from input elements. Then the output flexibility of technical input can also be calculated. Then reference to the method of calculating the contribution rate of technological progress. Use the output flexibility and the growth rate of technology input and output we can calculate the contribution rate of the trading technology that conversion efficiency of trading technology.After that, enterprises of medicine and manufacturing field were conducted an empirical analysis. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis we draw some conclusions. |
