Although the blood vessels are connected, the cultures of Taiwan and Mainland have become subcultures subordinate to Chinese with their own characteristics because of the different social development in more than one century. With the number of the enterprises invested by Taiwan has increased recently, it has been an important project to analysis, compare the difference of cultures between the Mainland and Taiwan even explore cross-cultural management of the enterprises invested by Taiwan .The most analysis concentrated on comparing the cultural diversity between China and the West. But because the blood vessels are connected, there are a lot of universalities between the cultures of Taiwan and Mainland. At first, the diversities are just the sub-cultural diversities hidden from universalities. Therefore neither paying attention to universalities, ignoring the cultural diversity with a result that triggering many problems in the Enterprises invested by Taiwan in Mainland nor ignoring universalities and explaining the cultural diversity by Cross-cultural theory is both incorrect.Based Upon the admission of cultural universalities between the Taiwan and Mainland, it defines their cultural diversities as Sub-cultural diversities. And in the Sub-culture area, this article analyzes what Sub-cultural diversities are by dint of foreign Hofestede's theory, then opens out the most essential reasons of their cultural conflicts in cross-cultural management of the enterprises invested by Taiwan .Then by lots of investigations and interviews ,it got plenty of data.The result is proved by analyzing these data. Fanally ,it gives some reasonable suggestions on the merge and innovations of two areas by analyzing the Foxccon company.
