Nowadays Grandland company can only work in Beijing market under the limitation of trade policy. The exclusive way which company can move through is exploiting market of other province by merging their company. Jiangsu, for its well-developed economy and culture, provide great chances for any company who wish to develop this market. It is the key place that need to occupancy.This thesis includes 5 parts. It first introduces the background of study-abroad agency. In the first part, the thesis introduces the history of Grandland Company, its major product and the organizational structure. Besides these, the thesis also explains the definition of M&A and its development in globe. Second, the thesis point out M&A is the only way which can bring the company to the future under the basis of inside and outside environment analysis, then explain the reason why choose Jiangsu as its M&A market. Third, the thesis analyst all the possible target company and list their name list according to the possibility of M&A. Fourth, the thesis establish the mode of M&A for the most potential target.At the end, the thesis reminds the importance of conformity for the manager of Grandland. Any company merging others only wish to help them developing well. If company cannot conforms its target, it would better giving up and searching next one. The best way which company should select is evaluating related conformity ingredients carefully before the M&A beginning.
