Virtual Organization Of Technologica Innovation And Performance Appraisal Study Under Internet Environment

In this paper, the main research is about virtual organization form in technological innovation of enterprises and organization form performance appraisal under Internet environment. First introduce the theoretic achievement about virtual technological innovation organization and organization performance appraisal methods, and then conclude some kinds of virtual technological innovation organization in the Internet environment. At the same time, making a matching between technological innovation type and the virtual organization that has been chosen. In the part of virtual technological innovation organization performance appraisal, I enumerate the performance evaluation index upon the analyzing about the process and methods of performance appraisal and the trait of virtual technological innovation organization, and set up a mode named multiple layer and Internet feedback appraisal system. This method makes the appraisal more scientific and comprehensive, at the last part of the paper, there is a demonstration.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were adopted in the study. The material means are Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,AHP and using SPSS software making lots of statistical analysis. In the process of study, doing the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on the basis of Principal Components of SPSS, it provides a standard for estimate index coefficient and FEC. The result form this method reflects the actuality of virtual organization and the important factors for organization performance. So this method has practice significance because it can provide a definite orientation foe improving organization performance.
