To Study The Financial Risk Control Of The Enterprises

At present, to study the financial risk control of the enterprises, from the perspective of risk management, has the obvious practical significance and some academic value for propelling the foundation and perfection of Modern Enterprise System, protecting our enterprises to have the better survival and development, thus promoting the health and sustainable development of our national economy.In this paper, on the basis of using the foreign and domestic theories and methods of the financial risk management of the enterprises, I put the objectives and principles of the financial risk control, the contents and the step of the financial risk control, and the Generation and the Transmission of the financial risk. I cite the ANN (artificial neural network) methods of the financial risk assessment and the corporate finance composite indicator model of the financial risk assessment, and use the statistics analysis methods, the correlation analysis methods and the factors analysis methods. In this paper, I also adopted a breakdown of the financial risk categories to put the different types of financial risk related to different factors analysis methods. Analyze the significance and impact of inadequate of the different risk factors, and explained the different method of the financial risk control for the different type of the financial risk, so make the financial risk control to do better.
