Research On Bid Evaluation Work Of Procurement Bidding

Procurement bidding is one of the procurement methods internationally adopted, and it have been using by more and more companies in our country recently. Therefore, companies need scientific and systematic results to guild their procurement strategy.The key point in the course of procurement bidding lies in how to make a choice among many bids. Therefore, bid evaluation and selection is a crucial procedure for procurement bidding, and the method applied to it will directly influence the result and efficiency of biding. However at present, the bid evaluation criteria are cursory, and most bid evaluation methods are qualitative or simply quantitative which may result in unreasonable evaluation results. Consequently, this thesis mainly focuses on the theoretical and application research on synthetic bid evaluation work and attempts to study several decision-making operation problems in procurement bidding.First of all, because a complete and reasonable criteria system is the critical precondition to bid evaluation, I present principles and process to establish bid evaluation criteria system; besides, I introduce and analyze several methods both for criteria selection and hierarchy formulation. Secondly, a detailed comparative analysis of several existing bid evaluation methods is described in the paper. Finally, I carry out the application research on bid evaluation of procurement bidding and prove the feasible and validity of the said proposed method through a positive study of a specific procurement bidding project for procuring kitchen facilities and cooking implements.
