Research On Implementation CBM Of Da Tong Second Electric Power Station

Electric power plants have become independently companies. To decrease the cost of generation and improve the benefit continually is an important goal of the power station. As the power industry grows generating units tends to have higher parameters,greater capacity and to be more complex. The economic and safe operation of power generating units and maintenance cost has also increased drastically. Face the circumstances, applying more advanced and scientific maintenance method becomes more urgent and necessary both for our power plant and the whole society.The paper aims at the Second Electric Power Plant of Datong. By validating fault probability of the equipment maintenance, condition-based maintenance(CBM)in the Second Electric Power Plant of Datong is necessary and feasible. Then the cost and benefit of CBM are analyzed and profit got. At last, CBM'technological frame of the power plant is put off.
