The Research Of Total Production Management In TPCO

The enterprises pursue the perfection of cost control when they face the impact of the internationalization management and the appearance of marginal profit time. The enterprises should know how to make use of their own prevalence and combine each kind of management, so that the enterprises'foundation will be solid. Furthermore, the enterprises will be active and can compete with others in the world.Because of the fierce competition, the enterprises have to maintain their competition prevalence and sustainable operation. In order to maintain the prevalence and operation, they need to make use of any kind of management, for example, Just In Time (JIT), Total Quality Management (TQM), Quick Response, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), etc. These are the correlative campaigns that the enterprises concentrate on improving the operation entity.This thesis aims at how to make perfect use of the manual facilities when the enterprises lead TPM to the operation. According to the document research, TPM study and practice within the country all with a view to TPM analysis, goal supervision, and prosecution of professor qualification and lessons. In the present, there is not much study on the practice aspect. This research aims at the study of the inventory's quantity control, which is on the basis of the cost, and the service life management of the facilities. Hope this research provides the enterprises some reference about TPM practice.
