With the globalization of economics, if enterprises want to survive, develop and compete with others, information management is essential, for speed and quality of information can improve the management level. The advanced management ideas and processes are involved in ERP; meanwhile the successful implementation of ERP can improve the management level and reduce the costs.Demand prediction is an important part of demand management, which is the intersection of interior and exterior integration of ERP system. The results of demand prediction are the foundation of demand response styles, which are firstly analyzed in this article; accurate predictions can greatly impact the planning, the inventory and product strategies. Irregular demand forecasting method based on radial basis function network (RBFN) is presented, which is compared with other methods. Finally, the simulation example further illustrate RBFN is a good model for irregular demand time series. Most implementation of ERP failed in China. Firstly the paper analyses the reasons for failure and the critical success factors. Then a three levels model for ERP implementation is developed; considering the critical success factors, a dynamic evaluation system is presented on the basis of the three levels model. ERP success implementation is based on the organization fit perspective, which includes the data fit, user fit and process fit and should be obeyed in evaluation. This article discusses that the organization fit, ERP adaption, and process adaption and organization resistance impact on the successful implementation. And an example illustrated the evaluation system.
