At last, based on the fact of Tianjin Municipal development, the paper provides analytic demonstration of some cases on financial risk, and gets conclusions as follow:Fist, we should build Tianjin Municipal anti-finical-risk system on the whole economy development. Financial supervision's truly aim is promoting the area's finance,economic entity and the whole national economy.Second, we must design regional financial supervision system with the core of local government. PBC,CSRC,CBRC,CIRC, this guarding structure has so many limitations. So we have to build the stabilize mechanism of guarding financial risk on the core of local government.Third , perfecting the credit circumstance, optimizing financial zoology. As the foundation of finance , credit is the precondition of financial developing. And its need a lot of factors'support, such as Development and Reform Commission, and Commerce, Taxation Administration,etc. On the other side, the system guarantee should emphasize"punish for break faith"to enhance the opportunity cost .Fourth , push the financial innovating and multi-model of the capital market, disperse and eliminate the financial risk. We should solute the question that most risk is centralized on bank, and make great efforts on seeking after the cooperation during bank,securities and insurance.Fifth , developing the medi-market, decrease the info dissymmetry in financial market. Assets evaluating,accountant,law,info,consultant, such industry are the available power for the financial risk defence and financial supervision.
