LP Model Research Of Submersible Motor Assembly Workshop

This thesis based on IE theory and integrating the lean production knowledge and method to analyse the fitting shop of submersible motors of GanQuan Group company in order to improve the locale of the work.This thesis mainly dissertate technology and the discourses of the IE theory and lean production. Especially expounds to the important theory that involves in the real application of present time IE, and system discuss to the method of refined LP scene improvement. Use the knowledge of IE and LP, the thesis deeply analyses the improvement processing of submersible-motor workshop. The thesis utilizes the production-line position, working procedure flow, reduce the waste, the flow process and other methods to study the fitting work. It can reach the aim for: eliminate the waste, cut the production cycle, advance the manufacture efficiency, boost up product's competitive ability. Compare the work position chart, procedure flow drawing, person and material processing chart, the 5WH and ECRS theoretics of IE to improve the fitting shop. By the scene improvement to submersible-motors workshop, it made decrease two steps of assembly process. The delivery distance was shorten about 182 meters. And the storage, inspection and waiting are reduced 1 time respectively. The delivery time was saved about 32 minutes. So the produce efficiency improvement was very greatly. At the last, this thesis also utilizes the economics knowledge to discuss the directly and indirectly beneficial result after the improvement of the assembly workshop.This thesis is very important to GanQuan Group' improving the locale of the factory in a larger range in future. At same time, this thesis also has important sense to Chinese middle-small enterprise to utilize IE and lean production theory in practice.
