| With the development of global economy, the uncertainty of economic environment is more obvious and competition among modern enterprises is becoming more and more furious. To an enterprise, no matter its service type or manufacturing type, the manufacturing technology needed can always be categorized into two parts. One part is the manufacturing technology needed in daily production and the other is manufacturing management technology which is involving necessary resources such as human resource, materials, capital and equipment etc. During the manufacturing process, the two parts are mutually assisting and neither can be omitted. Relatively speaking, the manufacturing technology possessed by different enterprises is more or less the same. Even differences exist, they can be eliminated within a short time. The real difference among enterprises is the manufacturing management technology which makes the performance of enterprises completely different. From this point of view, the thesis focuses on the discussion and study on lean production. Via the study in this aspect, a way of lean production to success is explored for domestic manufacturing enterprises.According to the actual situation of case company H, with the theory of lean production, this thesis analyzes and improves the production performance of the case company. First, the thesis analyzes the emerging, development and application of lean production methods illustrating the main tools of lean production and the situation of enterprises adopting such methods home and abroad. Then, the thesis introduces the basic situation of the performance of production equipment of H company. The main problems existing in H company are as follows:low efficiency of production management, low efficiency of equipment performance, serious pollution and waste from production, lacking sense of economic cost, mess-up at jobsite, poor positioning management and quality of employees to be improved. To change the passive situation thoroughly and let the performance of the company to reach a competitive level and grow in a healthy way, relative strategies are made. In order to carry out the company strategies effectively, especially to optimize the manufacturing ability and increase customer satisfaction, the renovation of manufacturing is a must. It’s hoped that via the innovation of lean production, the key performance indicators will be improved and the competition ability will reach a high level. The thesis puts forward the basic idea of renovating lean production of the packing line of H company featuring lean management for production organization production process and work improvement etc. The process of adopting lean management is emphasized as the key point. The applying steps and factors to be noticed are illustrated in details, shortcomings are pointed out and ways for improvement are raised up. Finally, the thesis summarizes the main problems in the renovation of the production line to use lean production methods and puts forward the reasonable suggestions and hopes to promote the application of lean operation management among other enterprises of the similar type. |
