| This thesis study the current situations,the characteristics,the management states of the listed and non-listed companies of cold-chain industry from quantity and description respects by the theory of industry economics and economic statistical, besides analyzing the development of this industry and the investment chance in the future.The study on industry current situations, this article is launched from there respects to compare and order the statistics in every year just like the current situation of cold-chain, the current situation of 3PL, the enterprises' economic types, the cold-chain industry's market concentration degree etc.And The author uses the economics model to prove the situation of some districts.It analyzes the economic phase of the industry by comparing the rate of increase of cold-chain industry and GDP.At that time, the author also compares some statistics with some developed countries.To research the non-listed companies of the industry, the author designed the form of the enterprise and surveyed more than 10 enterprises in this industry by self or telephone investigate,including the enterprises of domestic and foreign. |
