| This article is related to Xiamen Airlines Performance Evaluation System, focusing on the introduction and analysis of its current status, pointing out the limitations of current Performance Evaluation System and advancing the proposals on improvements.First of all, this article summarizes the meaning of Performance Evaluation System, briefly introduces its status in current enterprises management, and expounds the Performance Evaluation System basing on capability. Secondly this article summarizes the current situation of Xiamen airlines Performance Evaluation System. Meanwhile with relative Performance Evaluation theory, analyses the shortcomings and the existent problems. Lastly, this article put forward the proposals by using Performance Evaluation theory. |
