A Study On Intellectual Property Strategic Management System Of Pharmaceutical Enterprise

With the advent of knowledge economy,Chinese enterprises will be Involved into a economic war for the goal of intellectual property rights. Especially in China's accession to WTO, the pharmaceutical industry which features intensive high-tech will face more intense competition when they compete with other enterprises on intellectual property affairs. How to improve the Intellectual Property System of pharmaceutical industry in China is the key to have competitive advantage in market.Based on the strategic management of intellectual property of the United States, Japan, this paper summed up the foreign pharmaceutical company characteristics of strategic management of intellectual property. And through the analysis of China's pharmaceutical enterprises on strategic management of intellectual property rights,this paper puts forward major problems of China's pharmaceutical enterprises.Learning from foreign excellent pharmaceutical companies in intellectual property management experience and the actual situation of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in the strategic management of Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property legal developments in China, this paper established the intellectual property strategy management system for pharmaceutical enterprises in China. The system is mainly composed of 3 parts,they are intellectual property developing strategy management subsystem, intellectual property protection strategy management subsystem, intellectual property operating strategy management subsystem. intellectual property developing strategy management subsystem mainly explained power systems and power operating mechanism of pharmaceutical companies developing intellectual property; intellectual property protection strategy management subsystem through game theory to analysis on how to choose the method of intellectual property protection measures by the pharmaceutical companies; I intellectual property operating strategy management subsystem mainly deals with intellectual property operating mechanism and operating strategy. Then analysis by multiple linear regression on the relationship between pharmaceutical business performance and pharmaceutical companies management, which included pharmaceutical enterprises development, protection and operational indicators of each stage. Finally, from both the government and pharmaceutical companies aspects dose this paper gives the appropriate countermeasures to improve the strategic management of intellectual property rights of our pharmaceutical enterprises.
