| The thesis is led by the actual facts and problem existing in Science Park with the participation of modern Multi-national Corporation (MNCs), utilizes the related theory and concept, analyzes its character and structure, and shows the interaction relationship between MNCs and Science Park.This thesis is divided into five chapters.
