An increasingly competitive hotel industry being more and more intense, especially economic exchanges at home and abroad being closer today after China's entering into WTO , a large number of internationally well-known hotel groups have increased intensity in china so that the internationalization of domestic competition have formed. In the process of entering into the domestic market, the international hotel group has played a powerful effect and gained a wide range of competitive advantage. However, the domestic hotel industry owning to the existence of market and non-market factors, at the low degree of collectivization, comparing with international hotel groups, is being at a competitive disadvantage. What is worse, their own operating conditions are not ideal, and are poor profitability. Collectivization plays a very significant role for improving operation circumstance, enhancing profitability and strengthening competitiveness. What is more, it is also a strategic direction trend for hotels. This article by methods of anglicizing the characteristics of the hotels in the process of collectivization that requires various of elements and conditions, seeks for China's hotel industry road.
