The Comparative Research On Contribution Of Human Capital To Economic Growth Between Guangdong And Jiangxi Provinces

The research achievements of Schultz and Lucas about human capital show human capital is a necessary factor which talks about promoting national economy increasing fast and steadily. It is not only a need of economic development of our country but also the more important thing to stimulate the increasing of the human capital, because it concerns the economic sustainable development of our country and some provinces. Though various changes are taking place in the world economy environment, the present economic competition among various countries is becoming more and more fiercely. Nowadays, the demand for human capital in every country is urgent, so developing the advantage of human capital in a more cost-effective manner, increasing the investment in human capital and research about contribution of human capital will have a very realistic and essential meaning.This paper use quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and rely mainly quantitative analysis and real example analysis. The research analyses enormous function of human capital in economic growth from different angle and aspect, answers the question that how to rise the lever of the human capital and how to make the human capital play a important role in economic growth.The paper contains four parts .In the first part, author begin with definition about human capital, giving a new method of measuring the quantity of human capital, considering two fact, which are education and health. In the second part, the theory model are given, the importance of the model is supposing the save rate and the rate of technology progress be endogenous. In the third part, considering the exogenous model of human capital, the paper receives the contributive rates of human capital and other product factors' input from Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces respectively. In the last part, according to the endogenous theory model of capital, author gains the rate of economic growth of Guangdong and Jiangxi under the steady economic system and analyses the effects of some factors about human capital to economic growth, so it provides a availability approach to urge the economy make great progress.
