The Study Of China-Russia Agriculture Science And Technology Cooperation With The Example Of Heilongjiang Province

Now technology has become the first productive force in our society, and agricultural technology has gained more and more attention from Chinese government. With the proposition of"prospering the agriculture by science and education", the development of agricultural science and technology has been raised to a higher level.In the process of agriculture science and technology development, we should make full use of the advanced progeny of agricultural science and technology in other countries. At the same time, we should carry through absorbability and innovations according to the situation in our own country. This is a shortcut to accelerate the agricultural development and technological progress and foster the competency of agricultural science and technology in our country. Both China and Russia have developed their own technical characteristics in the history of their agricultural science and technology developments, so there is a great potential for cooperation.Based on the theory of technology trade, this thesis analyzes the situations of agricultural science and technology in China and Russia, and points out the possibility for cooperation in this field. Then the thesis proposes a mode for cooperation the principles and strategies to carry it out. Lastly, the thesis studies the cooperation with Russia in Heilongjiang as a case to illustrate how to cooperate with Russia on agricultural science and technology for a province in China. It also points out the problems in the cooperation of agricultural science and technology and provides the methods to solve them. Moreover, it stresses the keystones in future cooperation. All the conclusions made are believed to be valuable in guiding other provinces, and the Heilongjiang pattern can serve as a reference.The point of this thesis is on the theme and content.
