Personal finance as one of the newly arisen intermediary business with low risk, low cost and high income present the trend of quick development. It can not only increase the intermediary business income of the bank, arouse the whole of bank personal business to develop, but also can bring the flood of a fund of both domestic and foreign currencies deposits to the bank. Personal financial market contains great business opportunities, having become the competition focus of the domestic and international banking industry.This text introduces the situation of personal finance management business of Bank of China , compared with other banks in China and foreign countries, analyses current situation and troubles, and put forward the countermeasure. The full text is divided into eight chapters, the main content is as follows:The article begins in the development of the business reflects the demand of innovation on the financial field. Innovation is the key point of the business. With the help of innovation, the business became more and more sophisticated. and introduces the development of personal finance management business ,and mainly concerns its strategical plan, operation method , developing process. and introduces personal finance management in Citibank NA and Hong Kong banking abroad ,and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank at home, then make a compariation among these banks. Finally we find out the disparity of Bank of China. It seeks the market opportunity of the Bank of China's personal finance, and combining its own characteristics and resource allocation, determines the Bank of China's development strategy target on personal finance and relative project for executing it. At last it puts forward the suggestion concerning such respects as the whole strategy of the Bank of China's personal financial business, its prospect of programming , its total target of the management, its organization developments, etc.
