On The Principle Of Distributive Justice Under The Market Economy System Of Socialism

The article takes to the reconsidering of the principle of distribution "efficiency first, proper attention to fair both" as the cut-in point to discuss the principle of Distributive Justice which is fit for the socialism market system. The article concludes that "the efficiency first, the proper attention to both fair both" is not the appropriate principle of Distributive Justice that is fit for the current problem environment of distribution. It is concluded for three reasons: firstly, it avoids the fair problem in the process of reform of property right in China, namely the reasonable and the right question of initial distribution of resources; thirdly, it is not faced up to the decisive function that system structure make to the distribution; thirdly, it simplifies the relations efficiency and fair into a kind of substitution relation. In fact, discussing about the problem of economical distribution around the economical distribution and rigidly adhering to the circular reasoning between efficiency and the fair is unable to touch the problem essence of distribution nowadays in China. Only by leading the problem of principle of distribution into the inspecting just or not of the principle system arrangement nowadays in China, we can understand and solve the problem of unfair distribution which appears in China. This kind of principle of distribution must not only regulate background system of principle of economical distribution but also delimit reasonable boundary for efficiency and fair. Basing on the same historical background of market economy, the manifold principle of distribution of the west inspires us pondering principle of distribution under market economy system of socialism. Understanding and constructing the principle of distribution under the market system of socialism , we must not only apprehend the manifold principle of distribution of the west in China under the question environment of distribution in China, but also reconsidering value idea and system design of socialism in the market economy situation, and then take the demand of just distribution of realistic people as the basic point to construct the principle of distributive justice. Whatever the principle of distributive justice is, it should be transcended. The way of transcending is not to seek a higher and more universal historical pattern, because the history does not obey any pattern. We must embed principles of distributive justice into the human's concrete historical situation, because they have the value and the significance only when they are relative to the certain historical situation.
