Research On Distributive Justice From The Perspective Of The Construction Of The System

For the realization of the system construction plays an irreplaceable role in the progress of achieving distribution justice, this paper tries to do researching for the distribution justice from the aspects of the construction of the system and justice of the system. Only under the guidance of justice system, through the improvement of the incompletion system construction, the social distribution can be comprehensively solved. This essay mainly includes the following points: Firstly, the theory of distributive justice. From the analysis of justice-related groups, the author want to grasp the concept of the contents and essence of justice, on this basis historically research the distribution justice and representative view of the distributive justice, analysis the relationship between the distributive justice and the justice system and the action of the justice system in the field of distribution. Secondly, this article attempts to analyze the current distributive justice from the angel of the system. After discussing the background of our country's distributive justice at this stage, it points out the difficulties and challengs in realizing the justice of distribution and also analyzes the reasons of injustice distribution due to the system. Lastly, in this essay, the details of the route of system construction how to realize the distributive construction is discussed.
