Hunan's Economic Growth Study Base On Industrial Structure Optimizition

The industrial structure playes very important affect on economic growth, under certain circumstrance,one nation's industrial structure is the foundation of its economic growth and the cardinal factor that promotes the economic growth, A reasonable industrial structure will be the main agent which promotes a national or a local reagon's ecnomical growth, Just because the industrial structure has an important influence to the economic growth, it make economists spend massive time to study the reciprocity between industrial structure and economic growth. In China, as a result of fiscal subsidy policy and difference tax rate policy , the industrial development is imbalanced in various provinces of China, so the industrial structur in these aera is different in each other, the difference of industrial structur leads economic growth rate different in those provinces. Compares with the geographical superiority of eastern provinces and the policy superiority of weastern provinces, those provinces of middle area have a Inferiority in their economical development environment, the Inferiority lead to a disadvantage industrial structur, so their economic growth rate become relatively slow. Hunan, a province of middle area, have a relative slow speeed of industrial structur trasformation, which slowed it's economic growth quality, industrial structure optimizition can play a great role in Hunan's economic growth,. recently, the literature which take Hunan as subject to study the industrial structure effect to economic growth is rare, So the issue how to optimize Hunan's industrial structure and how to speed up Hunan's economic growth is worth to be studied,.which is the point of this paper.The whole paper is composed of four chapters, in chapter one ,a survey is given about the literature in which the interaction between industrial structure and economic growth been studyed, then, the outline and the standpoint of this paper is given . in chapter two,how to explain the definition of industrial structure,economic growth,the principle of interaction between industrial structure and economic growth, and how to measure the effect that attributed industrial structure transformation to economic growth, is to be stressed, in chapter three, I will Analysis the history of industrial development in Hunan with Statistical Analysis method, and take the Industrial structure of neighboring provinces of Hunan and that of Hunan into compare, find out the potential problems that exist at this stage of industrial development in Hunan, , in chapter four, give some advice to the policy maker on how to promote the economic growth speed in Hunan.
