High-tech enterprises are based on high technology with intense technology. Compared to the develop countries, there is still a considerable gap between the High-tech enterprises in our country and those in other developed countries, not only in the general development level, but also in technology innovation ability, management system and the environment of the enterprises' developing. There are two reasons of the lag of the High-tech enterprises in our country. The first is that the high technology have developed only for a short period in our country and the technology accumulation is relative weak. The second is that the theoretical research about this respect is in incipient period and have not mature theory system. Because of the lag of the theoretical research. The high-tech enterprises in our country have no enough theory instruction and they lack the knowledge of the management of the new enterprises. Therefore, we usually make the misplay in operating these enterprises. So it is important to research the growth principium of the high-tech enterprises since it can enhance the knowledge of these enterprises, increase the successful rate of the enterprises, and stimulate the development of the high-tech enterprises.Based on screening the theory of enterprise growth and growth factors in domestic and abroad, this paper think that the growth of High-tech enterprises is affected by growth factors of function Internal capacity, Industry factors, Environment factors. But the mechanism is different. Then this paper analysis the growth and the growth factors of High-tech enterprises in three levels. This paper thinks that the interaction of enterprises, industry and environment promotes growth of High-tech enterprises. The growth of High-tech enterprises needs the support of Internal capacity, industrial, government and regional etc. So scholars should think over three levels when research the growth. Finally appraised to the influence of growth factors through real example,we get the whole situation of growth factors and the sequencing at different shape.
