Logistics Cost Optimization Of Chain Enterprise

The dissertation studies logistics cost optimization of chain enterprise. Through the analysis of each factor affecting logistics cost, and the optimization of total logistics costs, it achieves that chain enterprise's supply chain can run with high efficiency and low cost. On the basis of qualitative analysis and assisting with quantitative analysis, this dissertation not only adopts literature analysis, demonstration analysis as well as mathematics model method, but also uses for reference correlative subjects'methods, for example, economics, systems engineering and operational research to establish, analyze and deduce model at correlative chapters of logistics cost optimization. At the same time, the optimal vehicle routing is checked by empirical data to make it accord with practice.Firstly, the dissertation expounds the basic concept and theory of chain enterprise and distribution center, and the effect factors that affect logistics cost. Secondly, from the point of view of total cost concept, the dissertation integrates with chain enterprise's characteristics, and puts forward the method of total logistics costs analysis. Thirteen pivotal logistics activities involved in the six logistics costs are labored. Finally, total logistics costs are synthetically analyzed in this dissertation. Based on the multi - objective optimizing model which was made by Huang fu-yuan and Nie rui-hua, this dissertation adds two objective functions which are handling cost and machining cost, also establishes a multi - objective optimizing model of logistics cost. Order quantity as decision gene, the model aims at the equilibrium of benefit, cost and service quality. Moreover, the relations between total cost and transport distance, order proportion are described. To resolve the problem of the vehicle routing which mostly affected the costs during chain enterprise logistics distribution, a saving method which will quickly and effectively get to the optimal value is presented, and a demonstration is discussed at the end of this dissertation.
