Logistics is a system that controls raw materials, manufactured products, finished goods and information. Recently, logistics has obtained a wide range of world importance and research. In present supply chain environment, with the intensifies of market competition, the seeking of the reduction of logistics costs leads to the logistics providers must treated the logistics services at a higher perspective, and the provision of logistics services from the specific coordination of transportation management and supply chain management rises to the integration optimization of the entire logistics supply chain and the recycling design, then, The Fourth Party Logistics (shorted for 4PL) emerged. The 4PL meets the extensive and complex needs faced by enterprises through the provision of a comprehensive supply chain solution. It concerns all aspects of supply chain management, provides continuously updated and optimized technical program, it also meets the unique needs of different customers. Break through the limitations of the simple development of The Third Party Logistics (shorted for 3PL), and achieve the undoubted low cost, high efficient, real-time operation, realize the maximum range of resources integration. The research to the 4PL routing problem based on the perspective of multi-objective, it includes three parts of single-point to single-point single-task, multi-point to multi-point multi-task reusable and multi-point to multi-point multi-task non-reusable. Establish the cost and time of the multi-objective mathematical model by using the idea of multi-graph, and realize the Simulation experiment by using ant colony algorithm with dynamic transition probability, and the experimental results show that this method is effective and feasible. This program guides the reality of logistics operation additionally.
