Research On The Target System Of Internet Information Resource Appraisal

In recent years, along with the unceasing progress of network technologies as well as the rapid application and the popularization of Internet, the openness and the public participation of Internet causes that the endless Internet information resource connects more and more close with people's daily life, study and work, and Internet also gradually becomes people's another literature information use center besides the traditional text literature information. However, the Internet information resource has vast quantity, various types and different values, which causes much more difficulties for the internet users to judge or evaluate the quality and value of the Internet information to retrieve information needed, and to choose useful Internet information resource. From here it draws out the introduction of this paper—why we should evaluate the Internet information resource, and we carried on the elaboration from two aspects: the necessity and purpose of evaluating the Internet information resource.The whole paper can be divided into six major parts: The first part is an introduction. The second part is a general narration of the Internet information resource, which introduces some conceptions related to the Internet information resource, characteristics of the Internet information resource different with those of other forms, and category/division of the Internet information resource. On this foundation, we propose that we must carry on the effective disposition to the Internet information resource, the most important step of which is to judge and evaluate scientifically and reasonably to the Internet information resource, thus draws out the significant value of evaluating Internet information resource.The third part is a research summary of the Internet information resource appraisal. This part starts with the current research situation of the Internet information resource appraisal in domestic and foreign countries. It then analyses the evaluation criteria put forward by some research facilities or personals, points out possible questions, and on this basis, forecasts the developmental trend of evaluating and utilizing Internet information resource in the future.In the fourth part of this paper, we propose the target system of the Internet information resource appraisal.
