With the rapid development of China's electronic industry, more and more Chinese electronic manufacturers turn their attention to overseas markets. China's electronic manufacturers have encountered a series of difficulties during the competition with the world-famous multinational companies in the global market. How to enter the overseas market has become the vital problem, which should be given priority to when the strategies about the overseas market are being made.The way to enter the overseas market is a way to organize and carry out international business transaction. It is mainly represented in the form of export, contractual form and foreign investment. Generally speaking, different internal and external factors of one enterprise would influence its choice to enter the market. These factors include internal factors such as the fundamental strategy of one enterprise; international operation experience, its resources and the line of business and enterprise product; enterprise's external factors are policy and market environment of domestic country, the cultural, economical, political and legal environment of target country. Enterprise will take all these environmental factors into consideration and finally, determine their own way to enter overseas market.Currently, our country's electronic manufacturing enterprises have been developed rapidly both in size and technology. Some of them can rank the international enterprises in this line of business. However, being lack of core technologies, world-renowned brand names and product added values, Our electronic enterprises find the access to the overseas market full of challenges. They are, in particular, puzzled at the way to enter the market. With the purpose of solving this puzzle, this paper is working on a careful analysis of some crucial internal and external factors in Chinese electronic enterprises since those factors would possibly exert great effect on the choice of entrance into the overseas market. The analysis is also based on a comprehensive consideration of the current situation of Chinese electronic industry, its export and its distinct characteristics. Moreover, in order to further explore the research on the appropriate access to the overseas market, on the adaptability of the access and on the advantages and disadvantages of different entrances, this paper exemplifies the problem by case-studying on Haier, TCL, ChangHong, Galaze and Huawei.
