Haixin logistics limited company provides the third party logistics service. An important problem that Haixin logistics Co. Ltd needed to definitude and solve urgently is how the company will develop itself and remain superiority according to realities and future trend in a market filled with intense competition. On the basis of a great deal of study and analysis on the present status of competition in china and the advantage and disadvantage of Haixin company, the method of combining macroscopic with microcosmic, qualitative with quantitative study is used to make out a practical and adaptive developing strategy for it.Firstly, the paper focuses on two theoretical fundamentals: the corporate strategic management theories and relevant logistics management theories. Secondly, by the PEST and EFE Matrix, the paper begins with an analysis and comments on Haixin Company's external environment and its status in competition. It is considered that Haixin Company enjoys favorable national economic policy and increased business demand market. But it meets with competition at home and abroad at present and in potential. The related evaluation leads to a conclusion that Haixin Company is currently in a potential developing and very attractive market.Thirdly, the good strengths and foundation for the development of Haixin Company in logistics field are analyzed. The internal environment of the company is evaluated by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix. It is considered that Haixin has many advantages such as sound human resource system, the solid and perfect basic regional network, the extending thinking, the right and efficient measures etc., but it also possesses many disadvantages such as weak economic scale, limited financing ability, lack of cooperation etc. Through the SWOT analysis, qualitative analysis and the discussion of QSPM model, the developing strategy of Haixin Company is focused on continuing with competition strengths strategy mainly and making differential strategy as supplement on the basis of internal and external environment analysis. In the thesis, the developing direction, the developing orientation, strategy measures and emphasis are worked out. The whole strategic target has been turned into two phases andcarried out by concentrating its strengths on schedule.At last, as for its implementation, this paper puts forward continuing to strengthen the human resource construction and management, extend the entity network's nodes, develop informational ability, enhance corporate culture, expand business and promote the company administration.
