Along with the social development as well as the great internal and external environmental changes brought by the electric power organizational reform, the power supply enterprise strategic target has had the transformation with it. The power supply enterprise need establish the corresponding organization system strut in order to adapt the transformation. In view of the present situation, it's important to optimize organizations for Lanzhou Power Supply Company to organize production elements effectively, to produce and manage with high efficiency, and to promote realization of the enterprise's strategic goal.The author analyses power supply enterprise's organization pattern, the company's the internal and external environment, and the present situation comprehensively. He shows that there are 6 problems existing in the specialized management, the personnel distribution, and management efficiency, then he proposes 6 goals and 5 principles to optimize the organizations to solve the above 6 problems. Referring to the optimized goal and principle, applying related theories of strategy management, the human resources management and the organizations designing, he suggests an new organizations pattern making the mixed branches as the core, to strengthen the specialized and the regional branches management, formulates the exhaustive implementation plan according to function departments, the production specialty, the marketing and power distribution separately.
