The continuity of urban pension scheme is related to financial security and social stability. While an ageing society approaching, the urban pension scheme expenditure are constantly expanding, while a large number of studies which show that the urban pension scheme face enormous pressure. However, the urban pension scheme reform will affect the situation as a whole, the study will be available sustainability of the system as a starting point, not a system focused on the premise of reform, the basic old-age insurance system can seek balance since. Basic old-age insurance system in the country diversification big situation, the study will be mainly to Jiangsu Province regional system for the study.
