Exploring A Regulatory Model Of Electronic Networking About Processing Trade

It is well-known that processing trade is an economic activity with strong economic vitality in international trade. We have to adjust the contents of the processing trade according to the different stages and features of economic development. Over the past 20 years, the processing trade of China has undergone a different historical development stage, but now, full swing.This article described the development process of China's processing trade regulatory approach and analyzed processing trade enterprises by SWOT. The article also explored an electronic monitoring model which is based on the China Electronic Port. This data interchange platform can link enterprises, foreign economic and trade departments and the Customs by public networks. Then this paper addressed the functions, characteristics of records, changes, import and export declarations and balance after verification.Further the article analyzed the practical problems of the current Shanghai Customs processing trade electronic networking and made some corresponding recommendations. This article also made a simple analysis about revenue risk of processing trade electronic networking enterprises.
