Tourism has become one of the most rapid developing and most vigorous new industries as well as new economic growth points. Developing tourism is also helpful in promoting national economy and social development of minority areas in China. SD tourism development Co. owns fertile tourism resources, and it has a great future development prospect. However, its development degree is a little low. The resource advantage hasn' t been transformed into the economy advantage. The chief reason is the lack of a scientific, systematical, modern marketing system structure. SD tourism development Co. is a tourism enterprise with a strong government background. SD Co. is shouldering dual development duties, which are creating economic returns as a market-oriented enterprise and performing social responsibility as a policy-oriented enterprise. Only by relying on integrated analysis of tourism marketing strategy and tactics, we can formulate a long-term enterprise development planning and establish a good enterprise running mechanism. Finally, we can successfully maximize social returns as well as financial returns of our own.
