Study Of The Equipment Management Of Yunhe Coal Mine

Equipment is the important component of enterprise's material system, important material and technology guarantee of enterprises production, and also the important sign of enterprise's modernized level. For a country, is not only the material technological foundation to develop national economy, but also important yardstick which scales the social development level and material civilization degree. So that it has very important realistic meanings to study the management of enterprise. How to improve management level has already become an important subject of enterprise under the new situation.This paper studies the coal mine equipment management system, and sets up a new basic framework of equipment management system. It analyses the whole process of comprehensive management: the equipment's choice appraisal, putting into use, maintenance management, renewing and reporting it as worthless to achieve the goal that the equipment expense is the most economical in its life period and its comprehensive efficiency is highest. This paper sets up the coal mine equipment management method system taking the system's thought and theory as conduct, adopting modern management theory, and using the newest technology of modern equipment management. In the fourth part of this paper, the index of the equipment management Comprehensive Evaluation Index System is assured, the weight is calculated by taking use of analytic hierarchy plan, the appraisal index is calculated according to unclear comprehensive appraisal plan, and at. last, the result is used to the equipment management at point. It was proved that the pattern was reasonable and scientific and had certain guiding meaning, and also brought considerable economical benefit.
