Under the high-speeding development of the national economy, service industry grew rapidly, too, not only the scale of the service industry expands continuously, but also the new-emerging occupations emerged unceasingly. The new-emerging individualized service like personal doctor, personal attorney, personal financing consultant and so on, is entering the common people's eyeshot and receiving people's favor, for a while, personal service became a hot topic for each kind of media.Individualized service is the question that is worth thoroughly studying and discussing not only to superintendents in enterprise, but also to the theorists and scholars. However, this new-emerging kind of individualized service — personal service is merely at its start stage at present in our country, the theoretic research related to personal service also pausesat levels of propagandizing and reporting. The theoretic results about problems as - customer's risk, practitioners' certified qualification appraisal, construction on the industry's information etc, correlated to personal service have not been appear at present. Although overseas has carried an in-depth study on personal service, they are mainly from the specialized angle, not the management angle.Aiming at the related questions involves in personal service, this article stood in the current domestic situation, and from the management angle, discussed mainly three problems: First, stood in the customer's angle, the author analyzed the customer's risk of personal service, and proposed corresponding measures reducing or dodging this risk;Second, established a system in personal service about practitioners' certified qualification, as the question in view of the appraisal of practitioners' certified qualification has the characteristics of " grey" and " fuzzy", this article took advantage of the respective superiority of grey theory and fuzzy mathematics, established an appraisal model about practitioners' certified qualification of personal doctor based on grey-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the result of example simulation, this method is effectiveand suitable;Third, according to the present situation and the developing tendency of personal service, the author made an foresighted discussion to problems of personal doctor's service based on organization and the organization's information building, proposed that the organization introduce management information system based on Web to enhance both its service efficiency and its management efficiency. In this part, the author designed the system's function module and the technical frame, which in a certain degree laid a foundation on personal service organization's information building.The study of this article enriched the theoretic results of domestic personal service, at the same time, expanded the researching scope and content of personalization service. In a certain kind of degree, the researching results in this article will provide a reference not only for the government's decision-making but the enterprise's information building, also, the results will play a positive role in boosting personal service to develop on the way of standardization and industrialization.
