Financial Innovation Of The Commercial Banks In Our Country

After entering the WTO, the financial market will become more and more open in our country, and it will influence the banking industry greatly. The commercial banks have to speed the innovation and reform to construct the financial and supervision system, and then it can help improve the banking industry's competence and the ability to counter the risk and shorten the difference with the big foreign financial institution.From the point of the commercial banks, this paper analyses the motivation and the domino effect of the commercial banks' financial innovation, and analyses the development status and the existing question of financial innovation of the commercial banks, then puts forward the route and the method to improve the ability of the financial innovation of the commercial banks in our country.First, this paper gives the reasonable definition of the commercial banks in our country, and studies the motivation and the domino effect of the commercial banks' financial innovation from macro and micro point. Second, introduces the condition of the financial innovation of our country and the foreign developed countries, and takes a comparing with the foreign financial innovations. It is found that the innovation in our country has some difference with foreign country's, such as the innovation motivation, the innovation effect, the innovation body and the innovation environment. Then, deeper studies found the restricting factors for the financial innovation of our commercial banks, such as the market environment, the credit and the technology level. Third, according to the existing problem in the financial innovation of the commercial banks, puts forward the route and the method to speed the financial innovation. Last, for there is risk during the course of the financial innovation of the commercial banks, this paper analyses the questions which should be taken care of.This paper analyses the financial innovation of the commercial banks in our country from the point of the banks, and found some problems in the financial innovation of the commercial banks in our country, it has some academic and practical significance.
