Research On Private Entrepreneurs' Quality Enhancement In Period Of Mode Transfer

For 20 years' rapid development, the privately owned corporations have completed original accumulated phase, in which the main contents are catching market opportunity and expanding rapidly. Enter the 21^st century, all privately owned corporations are faced with many austere challenges in the fields of increase mode transfer, capital structure transfer and management mode transfer in the economical background of market economy perfectly progressively and whole globe economy' change. The privately owned corporations will get in to a new period of mode transfer completely and the period is very important for the privately owned corporations to develop continued. Because private entrepreneurs are the first importance human sources of the enterprises, they must take on important duty to lead their enterprises to transfer mode successfully. Our private entrepreneurs grow since the reform and opening policy, and they have experienced fierce market test, so they have many outstanding qualities. However, we should realize the reality as bellow: High quality private entrepreneur is still rare resource. Many private entrepreneurs' whole qualities do not catch up with future market economy's development. Most private entrepreneurs' education level and management level are low. Therefore, how to enhance the entrepreneurs' personal quality becomes the priority.In the first part of this thesis, the author analyzes the problem and cause of our private entrepreneurs' quality during present period. In the second part, the author gives some quality characteristics that private entrepreneurs should have in the period of mode transfer. Because entrepreneurs' ability quality is vital to them, the author build an entrepreneur's ability quality model, and she also discusses especially about the problem of family enterprise successor's training. In the third part, the author brings up some proposals about the way to promote our private entrepreneurs' quality. In the fourth part, the author gives a typical case of an outstanding private entrepreneur representative and analyzes thoroughly about it. In the last part of the thesis, the author forecasts the development trend of the private entrepreneurs' quality building.In a word, the author of the thesis probes into the problem about the private entrepreneurs' quality enhancement. In the thesis, the entrepreneur quality theory establishes more contact with our private enterprises' reality development. Therefore, the author wishes this thesis could give some guides to our private entrepreneurs' quality enhancement, especially to those middle-scale and small-sale enterprises' entrepreneurs.
