The Research Of The Strategy To Adverse Drug Reactions Monitoring In China

For the sake of further promoting the development of China adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring task, this article has conducted comprehensive researches on the necessity of China ADR monitoring task and the existing problems, as well as the countermeasure to develop China ADR monitoring task.This paper first elaborates on the general theory about the ADR, including the definition of the ADR. It also includes the classification, the cause and the clinical manifestation of the ADR, the origin and the development of the ADR monitoring,the significance of carring on ADR monitoring in China. Then the paper has processed a more detailed discussion in view of the differences between China and America in the ADR monitoring task using the comparative research method. These differences mainly manifest the background of the ADR monitoring in the two countries, the main body initiative of the ADR report, the scope of the ADR report, the use of the ADR report, the appraisal, the punishment and the relief system of victims, etc. Aimed at the existing disparity compared to America ADR monitoring task, the paper discovers and analyzes the main problems in China ADR monitoring task. These problems are as follows: the imperfectness of the related law and regulation system, the backwardness of organization system and technical level, the lack of fund and special technical personnel, the low in use and appraisal of the case report, the unclear social understanding, etc. And these problems restrict the further development of China ADR monitoring task, and threat the security on people's taking drug.
