The Economic-effective Analysis Of The Intra-industry Trade Development Between China Southwest And Asean

If developing areas implement purely and comparative advantage strategy and develop international trade, have not narrowed the economic disparity with the developed country, has fallen into the comparative advantage trap instead. The reason which presents this kind of situation lies in what the traditional trade theory is emphasized is static comparative advantage and have ignored such dynamic trade interests as industrial structure adjustment , technological progress and system innovation, etc. With the intra-industry trade development between China and Asean, the development between China southwest and Asean go fast. The southwestern region of China lies in a special place, the trade latent capacity is deep and far. At present, the inter-industry trade and intra-industry trade and between China southwest and Asean develop together. In this paper, I testify the industry trade level and its structure by using bilateral trade data, otherwise, the paper empathize on analyzing how China southwest — Asean industry trade affect their economic; We also test the contribution rate which industry trade to trade; And describe the factor how such industry trade form between China southwest and Asean. Finally this paper shows some feasible suggestions on how to take full advantage of this trend.
